Biomedical Sciences, Master of Science Degree Curriculum
The broad foundation of the first academic year in the basic
biomedical sciences, coupled with the more detailed and demanding courses of the second academic
year, will provide graduates with the knowledge and credentials to gain placement at a variety of
academic institutions, hospitals, and medical education facilities throughout the world. Students
interested in a career in osteopathic medicine or pharmacy will have the opportunity to matriculate
directly at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. Those students seeking a career in
dentistry, medical science, physical therapy, or a wealth of other career opportunities will be
supported with letters of recommendation, interview counseling, and one-on-one career guidance from
their academic advisor.
